Honeycomb Ceramic Heat Exchanger (Heat Store), is also known as high temperature combustion heat accumulator, is a key part of HTAC (high temperature air combustion) technology, and has been applicable in metallurgical industry furnace, like step wedge furnace, heat treatment furnace, forging furnace, melting furnace, radiant tube combustion, lifting furnace, hot blast furnace; in construction industry, applicable in all types of ceramic furnace and glasses furnace; petrochemical industry, applicable in all types of tube heating furnace, pyrolyzer and other industrial furnaces.
 
Honeycomb thermal store catalyst ceramic is used for waste gas treatment (RTO,RCO) of the different requirements, selecting many kinds of new highly effective ceramic material to make. It has the following notable characters: large specific surface area, little resistance loss, small heat-expand and cold-contract coefficient, high water-absorbing ratio, good fracture resistance and moderate Millipore aperture. 
 
Coral ceramics regenerator produced by material like mullite, cordierite, mullite composite, cordierite composite and corundum have the capability of high temperature resistance, anti-corrosion, good thermal shock stability, high strength, better heat accumulation and quick thermal conductivity. Honeycomb Monoliths -Heat exchange media, Ceramic Heat Recovery Bed/ heat exchange beds, Thermal storage/ heat exchange elements/media,  Ceramic monoliths media to save energy in steel works and metallurgy industry, Regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTO). Honeycomb monolith is the key components of the thermal storage style furnace, it is extensively used in many kinds of heater, sirocco furnace, heat treatment furnace, cracking column, roaster, melting furnace, balance heating stove and etc. This technology can save more than 70% of energy.
