Metal Honeycomb Substrate is coated with rare earth element and noble metals of Pt, Pd, Rh. When the engine exhaust passing through the catalyst the elements of CO would be oxidized into CO2, the HC is turned into H2O and CO2, while the NOX is deoxidized into nitrogen. The metal honeycomb with stainless steel crust and Fe-Cr-Al honeycomb body, it is a critical part of motorcycles and off-road engines to make the exhaust emission meet EuroII-EuroIV emission standard. We can produce metallic substrate with different specifications.

Light-off temperature: CO≤ 200° C, HC≤ 200° C, NOX≤ 200° C
Coating losing rate ≤ 3%
Conversion rate: CO≥ 90%, HC≥ 90%, NOX≥ 80%
Application:
For light duty petrol vehicls exhaust purification, through the precious metals and earth catalyst, the exhaust HC, CO, and NOx and other harmful components into harmful N2, CO2 and H2O, so that emission of EuroII-EuroIV emission standards
