Honeycomb ceramic-heat accumulation substance
Honeycomb ceramic are made of corundum-mullite, cordierite-mullite, cordierite, mullite, zirconia-mullite, carbo-corundum and so on with different hole shapes, such as square hole and hexagon hole, different wall thicknesses from 0.5mm to 5mm, and different figure specs, such as 100× 150× 100mm, 100× 100× 100mm, 150× 150× 150mm, 150× 150× 300mm, and so on.
Ceramic Honeycomb as the media of heat storage and heat exchange, has been widely applied in the fields of metallurgy, petroleum & chemical industry, electric power, boiler and so on.
It has high surface area, small resistance and thermal expansion, strong chemical corroding resistance, excellent thermal shock resistance.
Advantages:
*Low heat expansion coefficient
*Large surface area, good heat stability and anticorrosion
*High temperature heat accumulation and exchange in industrial waste gas treatment
Applications:
*NOx purification system in the smoke of the thermal power plant
*The harmful gas purification system in rubbish burning
*Poison gas purification system in chemical and mining industries. The slag filter for casting production in the metallurgical industry. The catalyst substrate. Stuffing material for chemical industry colums and Contact combustion
