Product Description

Ceramic Honeycomb Filter Used for MetallurgyHoneycomb ceramic filter is a fine strainer with straight hole structure, which provides a cost-efficient alternative to more effective ceramic foam filter. We can produce different size of extruded ceramic filter; they have better handling properties
than ceramic foam filters.

Honeycomb ceramic filter is widely used in metallurgy, metal casting, industry melt filtration,
using mullite (cordierite) ceramic materials, high-quality, high-density, mesh straight holes. It has high thermal shock resistance and high fever casting
temperature features, straight bore design ensures a balance between the flow and strength to
effectively remove impurities and slag
particles, so that the casting mechanical properties, surface
quality and product qualification rate greatly improved.

The advantages of honeycomb ceramic filter as follows:
Geometrical shape.
High dimensional accuracy.
Good mechanical and handling properties.

Maximum service temperature 1450°C, it is applied to grey iron, ductile iron and malleable ironGrey iron requires cell diameters of
less than or equal to 2 mm, spheroidal graphite iron requires cell diameters of 2 mm and greater.Ceramic Honeycomb Filter Used for Metallurgy
