Product Description

Infrared honeycomb ceramic plate used in combustion oven, using modern advanced science and technology and selecting high-purity and high-quality cordierite. They have the advantages of high heat efficiency and low energy consuming, low pollution, economical and practical, easy installing, high ventilative rate and strong heat radiation, etc. Compared with the electrical drying stove and common gas-fired combustion stove. In addition, we also develops and produces infrared honeycomb ceramic plate with the corrugation surface. It increases the specific surface area through transforming the simple plane surface into intersectant corrugated solid surface. By this way, it can promote the combustion supporting function and achieve the goal of energy conserving and environment protection.

Infrared ceramic plate uses rare-earth as catalyst, which is with relatively low cost, higher activity than noble metal. The burning occurs on the covering catalyst and radiate infrared ray, energy transfer can reach 95%. And can save10%-20% energy than other non-catalytic infrared ceramic plate. Honeycomb ceramic plate is adopted attached porous ceramic honeycomb catalyst plate as burning stove, making and designing by advanced technology. It achieved flameless catalytic combustion and release heat on the honeycomb ceramic plate, and ensures the fuel gas, which is completely burned without the coke formation.

Applications:
Infrared Honeycomb Ceramic Plate is widely used in gas radiant heaters and plays the most important part in those applications. The interlaced corrugated surface of the ceramic tile combined with honeycomb design basis provides a superb surface area and working burning surface.
