Product Description

Ceramic honeycomb heat regenerator and regenerative ball are widely used in many kinds of industrial heating furnace due to highly demanding of energy saveng and environment protection. By using ceramic regenerative ball or honeycomb body as heat energy carrier, Heat storage High Temperature Air Combustion technology HATC is used in hot balst furnace, heat treatment furnace, deploymerizing furnace, roasters, melting furnace, oil or gas boiler, soaking pit furnace. Since it can reclaim the heat of fumeand heat the combustion air and coal gas in furnaces over 1000oC, even the poor quality fuel can be burned steadily and effectively, hence save 40~70% fuel and increase production by 15%, meanwhile remarkably decrease emission of NOx and the temperature of waste flue gas discharged to air.

The honeycomb ceramic as heat transfer media is the key part for heat storaging HTAC(High Temperature Air Combustion) technology, which has been widely applied in all kinds of pushing-steel heating furnace, RTO(Regenerative Thermal Oxidation), stepping heating furnace, heat treatment furnace, forging furnace, dissolving furnace, steel wrapping/middle wrapping baking apparatus, soaking pit, radiation tap incendiary apparatus, covering furnace, high temperature hot-blast stove in metallurgical machine building and all kinds of ceramic cellar stove, glass cellar stove in building materials, and all kinds of tap heating stove, splitting stove, other industrial stove cellar, too.

Cordierite is a magnesium alumina silicate material, which has very low linear expansion, low coefficient of thermal expansion and excellent resistance to thermal shock. Cordierite also offers an excellent range of mechanical strength, porosity criteria, and excels in cost-effective extruded and dry-pressed forms. Cordierite Honeycomb Monoliths are divided into two types: Porous type and compact type.

Honeycomb ceramics has high surface area, low air flow resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and can be widely used. Honeycomb ceramics as heat storage body, by the advantage of large specific surface area, small heat resistance, good thermal conductivity, excellent thermal shock resistance, realize quickly exchanging heat; Reducing energy in the strict sense.
