Product Description

Catalyst Carrier Honeycomb Ceramic Subsrate Introduction:
Our product is made of catalyst platinum and palladium, these three precious metals to rhodium. When carbon monoxide, hydrocarbon and nitrogen gas through three-yuan catalyst, the activity will improve under high temperature. Results, carbon monoxide is oxidized carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons into water and carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxides reduction of nitrogen.  

Catalyst Ceramic Honeycomb Working principle:
Catalyst Carrier Honeycomb Substrate can deal with CO, HC, and Nox three kinds of gas in the car through three-yuan catalysts, enhanced purification of three kinds of gas, oxidation, reduction of active chemical reactions.

1.Substrate: metal honeycomb substrate (Fe-Cr-Al alloy);
2.Light-off temperature: CO≤200°C,HC≤200°C, NOX≤200°C;
3.Coating losing rate ≤3%;
