Product Description

Heat storage honeycomb ceramic substrate (also called ceramic honeycomb heater) is new developed ceramic part. As its features of corrosion resistances, large specific surface area, small heat resistance, good thermal conductivity and excellent thermal-shock resistance, fast heat exchanging and energy saving. It is as the heat exchange media is the key part for heat storing HTAC ( High Temperature Air Combustion) technology. It is the best choice for RTO, heat exchanger and other environmental protection and energy saving products.

Materials:
Mullite, Cordierite ceramics and zircon chrome corundum, etc

Application:
As heat exchange media, ceramic honeycomb materials are mainly utilized in heat recovery unit of RTO's instead of ceramic saddles

Shapes and sizes:
*The shapes include as follows: Round, square, triangular, sector, or to be customized etc
*The size include below: Standard type 150mm*150mm*300mm, 100mm*100mm*100mm, 100mm*100mm*150mm, other size can be manufactured as per customers' requests
